RIDESHARES:

Snowbird is located at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon, where there are only two ski resorts and a very small residential area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are most reliable in areas with a steady flow of passengers, allowing drivers to quickly pick up another fare nearby after dropping someone off. During the summer, Snowbird is much quieter, so it's uncommon for drivers to find another passenger needing a ride down the canyon. As a result, rideshare availability can be very limited, especially for return trips from the resort, and wait times may be long, or a driver may not be available at all.
